Bibb County Extension Hosts Regional Fruit Production Workshop
The arrival of fall and its cooler weather, colorful foliage and bountiful harvests provides an excellent opportunity to plan and prepare to have trees, vegetables and fruit next year and/or beyond.
With that opportunity in mind, the Bibb County Extension Office is hosting a regional Fruit Production Workshop that offers valuable expertise from an Extension plant disease specialist and both of Bibb County’s Regional Extension Agents in horticulture.

The University of West Alabama, through its Center for the Study of the Black Belt in the Division of Educational Outreach, will once again offer $500 per county to stimulate ideas and projects in the fifth annual Alabama Black Belt Heritage Area County Grant Program.
