Info: The Canebrake Players of Demopolis continue the Alabama tribute to Tennessee Williams during Trailfest 2015 with his "memory play," The Glass Menagerie. It relates the dreams and frustrations of a working-class Southern family whose fragilities might be represented by the glass animal collection of the character Laura Wingfield. Laura was handicapped by a childhood illness and left at home with her domineering mother Amanda and rebellious brother Tom.
