Now it is a place of picturesque ruins, a gateway to natural wonders, and a significant archaeological park. This tour will visit Castle Morgan, the Civil War POW camp at Old Cahawba, and explore the 900-acre park. Special tour held in conjunction with the Battle of Selma weekend. A free "Explorer's Guide" available at the visitor center helps visitors follow the nature, bike, and canoe trails. Free, loaner bikes are available with advanced registration.
