The American Institute of Certified Planners is offering 3.5 CEU credits for
attendance of Friday’s Economic Development Track at the conference. Nationally
known speaker and author Don Rypkema will be featured as part of this session.
His publications include Community Initiated Development, The Economics of
Rehabilitation, the Downtown Real Estate Development series and his book, The
Economics of Historic Preservation: A Community Leader’s Guide. Join us in
